A: A program on DVD. It shows you how to do

amazing Halloween tricks, effects, and decorating.

Q: What do you mean by "X-treme?" Is it hard or complex?

A: The only thing that is X-treme is the result...extremely fun,

awesome, and amazing. All projects are easy to understand and execute.

Q: Is this for Haunted House and commercial venues?

A: It's mainly intended for home-owners and consumers.

But, the results are so good, many commercial haunts

have used it to create even better effects.

Q: Is this appropriate for kids?

A: The program is only recommended for entertainment

for kids. The projects should only be attempted by adults

or youngsters with adult supervision.

Q: Do I need special skills?

A: No. There are no projects that involve more than the

use of scissors, tape, pliers, or a hammer.

Q: What exactly is the product?

A: A DVD.

Q: What do I need to use the product?

A: A DVD player hooked to a TV set.

Q: Do I have to do all the projects?

A: No. You can choose. No projects relies on any other.

Q: Is the program scary of gory?

A: No. This is good, clean, Halloween fun. Some projects

are intended to startle folks.

Q: Do I need any of your other products?

A: Only one project involves the necessity to get the

"TerrorEyes" DVD.

Q: What are your other products?

Q: Why does the back of the "X-Treme" case list one

project as "learn how to make fog hover near the

ground" but that project is not in the program.

A: There was a huge mistake. The final printwork was not

used for the box. The draft printwork was mistakenly

used by our distributor. We sincerely apologize for this.

Q: Why didn't you include the above mentioned

(fog chiller) project?

A: In the end, we felt it was far more complicated

and used many more "tools" and experience than

any of the other projects.

Q: I'm upset because I bought the DVD for that project,

and I feel mislead. I still want to learn this.

Now what?

A: We're upset too. This has been a true Halloween

Nightmare for us. (Talk about a lot of Big Screams!)
